This professional fee covers all legal work performed by Emily Peoples personally. Additional costs, called disbursements (third-party expenses like title searches and Land Registry fees), are separate and will be clearly itemised in your cost agreement so you can budget with total certainty.
Buyers: Contact us before you make an offer. We provide a Free Contract Review so you can understand the legal risks before you get emotionally attached or pressured into a signature.
Settlement: The finish line. Funds are transferred, ownership is registered via PEXA, and keys are handed over.
For Buyers, we ensure funds are paid and your title is registered. For Sellers, we coordinate mortgage discharge with your bank and ensure sale proceeds are cleared to your account.
